Trending @Infosys; After PIP TERMINATION

Hi I got pip mail ,HR called me and then said that for pip I will get 1 month time as I moved to bench and if pip not cleared then they will terminate me with writing poor performance and I will not get option to resign or I can resign immediately with 5 months of salary what should I do please someone help

U should ask her in writing,if u dont then hr can backtrack on salary part

Obviously you can opt for pip but since in your case it's only for one month if you fail to clear it they will terminate you and won't pay 3 months severance.
