Are they terminating you immediately if you are not able to clear the PIP Program!?
Is there any chance where we can ask for 3 months salary and money for earned leave and give immediate resignation?
Because many people got 2 Choices - i) take 3 months of money and resign ii) attend the PIP program
What is PIP program? I got NI rating and mail that said You might be put under PIP but no update since then
It's basically a so-called training to improve the performance of that employee who got an NI rating. But after talking with many people and doing RND understood that companies can't fire people directly so they put some people in PIP and then fire them legally because they can't pass the exam
I think they 2 chances and I think it's all depends upon manager
I'm on bench from January
If we have done most of the parts of the PIP task. Will there be any chance to clear the PIP or direct termination.
