This is targeting. Aruna is very senior person at infosys and has championed many woman centric initiative. She will certainly be shocked by this and set things right immediately

Why they have put you on PIP after ML , I also returned from ML last month

PIP is to improve the performance of underperforming employees. God knows why Infy is misutilizing PIP.
