After rating 4, i was scared that i will be put into PIP, and put the resignation. Now i didn’t find any wfh jobs till now, If i withdraw the resignation, will i be again put into PIP and terminate?? Because currently im on Bench and no project calls. Im trying to reach RMG people. Nobody is responding. Can someone please help?

No PIP as you won't have a project assigned to you, the max they could ask for is to give you 3 months salary and ask you to leave or they will not accept reversal of your resignation. If they do then they would offer you some or the other project which has a requirement however it's highly unlikely that they would accept your resignation reversal.

Actually as u know there’s a revamped parental support, where in they cant put bad performance rating based on ML, and shud give flexi work options but that is applicable for ppl whose gone now on maternity From April 1 2024. Is there any chance that i can talk to HR or manager about it

Talk to hr about revamped parental support. They will help you. At least you can get flexi hybrid model

I Don't have any idea but can some one explain what will happen if she withdraw her resignation.

She will have job atleast for some days I know it is depressive but still she will have something.
