Trending @Accenture; After Lots of hard work and dedication in this last year , I still get only 4% hike and no Promotion. What should I do?

I am in the same situation and this is what I am doing

1. Ask for feedback - Get the harshest one possible
2. If it's in your control, try to improve 2a. If it's superficial and seems like more of an excuse, just do the basics making it look like you are working on the feedback
3. Cut down on +1s and focus on your core
4. Polish your resume and start applying
5. If you get a decent offer, jump without a second thought
6. If you don't, you will anyway get to check the december cycle as well
