After layoffs did your CEO take a paycut?

There should be the 5th option... My ceo is reporting lower pay in p&l, but not taking lower pay in reality. Finance team to the "rescue"

US and Indian (in IT) CEO are materialistic and think about themselves and not employees. I remember in such tough times like present, the the great CEO who had empathy towards their employees like TATA group head Mr. Ratan Tata or legendary JAL CEO MR. Kazuo Inamari. Their actions should be taught in B-schools and asked to be replicated than the present CEO who will write about employees being family and drop them during difficult times like their mistress.
