Trending @Capgemini; After how much time can we resign again after getting retained by the project??

I got retained by my project last year and it's over 6 months now So is there any policy or something where I cannot resign again for a certain period of time like for 6 months or a year?

Could you tell me when you resigned did they match the external offer?

Yes they matched the external offer and I resigned in June

thank you for the info.. I have one doubt could you please clarify like how much time they took to revise your salary to match the offer( like at what point of time of your notice period you withdraw resignation) and can we ask more than 5-10 % to the existing offer

On retention did they ask you to sign any document? If yes, then check if there is any sort of bond mentioned in it. It nothing like that then you can resign even on the next day after getting retained
