After how many years of experience in TCS one is eligible for C3A promotion ?

Your overall experince should be 7 I think and your tcs experince should atleast 1+ years.This will make you eligible for promottion.

I got promoted to C3A after I completed 7 years of overall experience in IT industry and 2 years in tcs .

C2 to C3A gives you a 5% hike, but you’d get that anyway with an A or B. Plus, you lose 100% QVP and get extra work in the name of “bonus” lol. Staying in C2 sounds like the real win.
