After how many days Infosys HR reply if asked for joining date extension ? With updated Joining date as per requested? Is they extend or not

I happened to get an offer from Infy and I joined else where without informing them

After 2 weeks passed since the joining date I asked Infy HR to reschedule my joining citing personal reason as a made up excuse and they infact did reschedule

But again due to change of mind I again ghosted them on the new joining date

Oh but she is not replying I need to put my resignation mail today , so what to do now
Also in the interview mentioned the location is different then the OL location, is it possible they change the loc as well if I ask as per last discussions during the interview
