After getting D band what should we do? Take release from project / convince manager to re-evaluate/ Give resignation.
If resignation is given then 3 months notice with low salary. Will it have impact while joining next company?

Don't deliver any work and be polite in your conversation... Be present in office so that HR can't take action
There could be a lot of reasons for getting D.... Some projects just allocate you for months and then they will not give any work to u for that period of time. And then they will release you... In this case ur time is wasted and you are consider as you have not done anything for TCS. Which is not fair
How did you get D ? it means you were completely non performing for a year, is it realy the reason?
