After D band,salary reduction ,they have now given PIP where they will monitor 3 months and will terminate if PIP is not cleared.

They are simply targeting me for no reason.What now am I suppose to do? Should I resign, then what will be the notice period in this case? Will tcs able to force resign women employee?

Just do your work. Meet the goals on time. Have atleast 3 out of 5. You will be safe.

I never understand the concept of special treatment for female employees except for maternity benefit....

For everything else rules should be same be it rto performance promotion onsite etc... etc...

rest as far as PIP is concerned if you are good with your skill PIP is simple exercise ... If you are not good in what you do and you are a liability for organization definitely they have full tight to ask you to leave ... Irrespective of your gender....

Okay so band allocation happened months ago if i am not wrong??? Then why this post now??? I mean did you realize late that you are on PIP?? Or it seems you already knew you are on PIP and you are not able to perform very well

And whats the women card going to do in PIP?? Do you think they have seperate rules for PIP between women and men?? And if yes then why do you think they should have seperate rules based on gender??? The PIP plan is purely a performance related process (sometimes personal agenda process also) by the management.. And honestly resigning would be the better choice if you have got options outside... And if not, then please stick to the rules put down by the company especially WFO ones..... Make sure you are clocking in 9 hours completely...dont give them a chance to come back at you... And if you already have missed out on some of these critical aspects, the may god help you👍

If this is a genuine post, the post should be explanatory so that someone who know the scenario can help. Try to include clear statements like salary already deducted or not, what is the grade, currently in bench or in project, etc
