Hey,next month I am completing 3 year in wipro. My overall all ratings is 4. How much salary hike I can expect.
I think you are in B1. Are you getting promoted to B2, if yes, i think you might get a hike upto 25-30%, only if you are getting promoted. Otherwise, it's normal 3-4k hike per month. Also, fyi- if you've had opted for the bonus, the last-to-last year's bonus will get merged this year to your salary and you will also be getting your new bonus as well.
So, I got 50k bonus in last year, it will be merged this year? And how much I can get bonus for completing 3 year with 4 ⭐ rating??
It's in your bonus letter. It varies actually. I guess it will get merged in 2025 for you. And next bonus also will be in 2025! Just recheck your bonus letter once(in mail).
