After Break up, Is move on easier for girls and tougher for boys ?

It depends on who dumped and who got dumped. For dumper it is mere a void they can fill easily, the dumped has to do crying, character development, worrying 'if they will ever love again?' etc

This depends Who was more serious,authentic,loyal and true. Some people portraits themselves that they're so true,right and Everything other things which gives them validations. But in reality they're are predictors of some true emotions. It is not easy either you are men or women. Both are humans have sentiments and emotions.

How easy it is to move on, if we broke up based on mutual consent / hard situations ?

Friends who wanted to break up and who didn't. I think it is tough on both, though.
