Trending @Accenture; After accenture which company we should Go?

In accenture we don’t see any growth they don’t give promotion and without any problem they put us on pip so that they can hold our vp hike and promotion. So i wants to know like which vimpany shoukd i go for a position change after accenture? I am at level 12 at accenture complying 2 year in april.
