After 5 rounds and 45days | Requirement Not Meet

Position: Lead Flutter Developer @ Arre Voice

Here’s the journey:

1. Round 1 – Technical + DSA Coding (Engg. Manager) Cleared. Feedback: Move to next.

2. Round 2 – Head of Technology Cleared. Feedback: Everything is fine.

3. Round 3 – Co-Founder Cleared. Feedback: “Very impressed.”

4. Round 4 – Flutter Coding Round (Ex-Team Lead) Cleared. Feedback: “Satisfied.”

5. Round 5 – Founder + HR Cleared. Shared salary expectations and salary slips

6. Round 6 – Again with Head of Tech Rejected due to requirement not meet

In the last round he playing games asked technical improvement i explained very well after that he ask un relevant things just for time pass. he told like we are looking kind of product analyst and market understanding with developer 🙃

What should i do can i write an email to Founder & Co Founder regarding this.
