After 4.2 ratings given c band . On which bases band has been given ? Anyone pls explain ?

I am C3A and got 4.23 and I received a C band. Nothing to say....

How many team members you have in your team and what's your YOE (Total & TCS)

Honestly it’s all about your manager and his/her preference.

Your Ipf rating is based on just your evaluation but the band is given after comparing tour performance with your peers. So even if the ipf is high the band may be low and vice versa

IPF is irrelevant. All depends on mngr

I think it depends upon the project budget and performance

Check for other teammates
If they have higher rating than you then its obvious that you will get C

Band not depend on rating but you fight your manager regarding this ask why you give c band on 4.3 rating and stop your work when band will can then you continue your work, previous year i also do this so my band was change
