After 35days on bench?
Hi Everyone, Need serious and genuine advice on this. I have been on bench from 1st june from that am daily reporting to rmg and doing learning and certification. I got interviewed for a project and they are ready to take me and they talked with rmg regarding locking me for the project. But after 15days they are saying due to project constraints onboarding is freezed and we cannot onboard you. They conveyed same in mail also with my rmg in cc.
Because of that i said no to projects because i thought i am getting allocation now. My 35days are getting up tomorrow.

Don't worry about 35 days.. your biggest mistake is believing them blindly..
If you have their numbers start calling them back..
I am doing but now either they dont pick or the opportunity is gone
Even if they are not picking up or opportunity is closed.. try to get their id from ultmtx & keep their supervisors in cc.
Use ChatGPT to try a empathetic plea & explain your situation & betray by another project. share your CV
Chill bro.. nothing's gonna happen. The policy was ruled out to screw the people who are deliberately denying projects and enjoying the bench period. Also there is no evidence yet that they terminated anyone or no one got any formal notification for termination. Few people are just spreading the rumours just because we didn't get any hike this year. Do you think anyone would have spoken anything if we would have got the hike this year? It's just a frustration..

Try to get the project from Ultimatix ->>>enterprise search and mail the project managers according to your skill set
