Trending @Accenture; After 2.5 yrs, still at level 10 why?

I joined Accenture in 2021 at Level 10, it has been more than 2.5 years, I am still at the same level and last year no increments and promotion. How long does it take to move from level 10 to level 9?

I have a very good rating, no escalations, certifications and proficiency.

Good Rating, no escalation, Certificates and proficiency are just requirements, these will not assure the promotion Dependency, Promotion requirement, Project and company growth, Manager perception about engineer maturity to take up new role matters most.

Is your total work exp 6.5 years? From what i have seen, they have only promoted people who have a very high MAL (months at level) this time around
