[Advisory 🔴] The heat outside is actually life threatening today...

I've lived in Bangalore for seven years now, but I've never felt anything like today. The heat has been absolutely brutal since morning.

As I left home, the sun was harsh but manageable. By the time I reached the Silk Board junction, it started feeling like an actual oven. The roads are totally jammed and the traffic is just not moving.

The worst part is that while I was stuck near HSR, my cab's AC stopped working The heat inside the car was suffocating and my head got fucked.

So, I asked the driver to pull over and got out. suddenly my vision went blurry and I felt like I was going to pass out right there on the footpath. I got really scared and started walking to a nearby ATM just to stand in the AC. Once, I reached there, I ordered another Uber to just go back home. The worst thing is that it cost me 600 to travel 4kms today.

Once the driver came at the location he hiked up the price for "AC charges" and said that he will cancel it otherwise. I was already so drained that I just paid him and reached home. I am literally feeling sick while writing this post.

I am getting information from the news about the IMD red alert and cab guys are out there trying to make money from people in desperate need of AC.
