Trending @Cognizant; Advisory letter

Today I received advisory letter because I was not visiting office after moving to PDP, I was suppose to visit office from 31st Dec but because of some family health issues couldn't make it.

I am planning to visit this week and update my RTO status, will there be any issue. If any HR reading this please do update on this.
