Today morning I received an advisory mail from HumanresourceIND stating that your physical presence at Noida (my base location) is being mandated and you have failed to comply with the requirement of minimum working hours in office. Currently I am on PDP so I was reporting from my nearest location indore for 7+hours in office. What will happen next? Any idea
Check with your POC if u need to login from Noida
Your true time should be 10 hrs without fail on bench. If you want to keep yourself out of trouble and also login from your nearest location. Especially if your ageing is high, you will be under more vigilance than others. As long as you maintain 10hrs you're good or apply leave
From what I understand, you need to report to your base location and not to the location nearest to your permanent residence.
While it is understandable that you're visiting some office, the HR mandates PDP resources to be in designated office to make it easier for potential project interviews. No other sensible reason for this policy.
