Advise Required

Hi everyone,

I joined IBM last month and am currently on the project bench. I’m concerned about whether this will be a problem. Will it be a problem if I stay on the project bench for more than three months?

I’m also wondering if I’ll be affected by the upcoming recession.

Please advise me.
