Hi, VC is a selective industry, so without knowing your bg my advice will be a bit generic

But the way to go about it is:

Be well versed about early stage, make sure you read enough about startups and specifically stuff happening at an early stage, have opinion on sectors and models
You can reach out by cold emailing VPs at funds, it works if your profile meets the bar
Do apply to enough of them to increase chances
