Need help to select a premium ultra book

My main usage is to learn programming, and learn cybersecurity, scripting and automation for cloud and to run VM like Linux, kubernates.

My secondary usage is documentation (pdf, ms office etc), Netflix , YouTube, interviews.

My requirements.

Should be light weight for portability, 14-13 inch, should not be slow or jittery, should not lag and run my software’s.

My max budget is 1.4 lakh INR, this laptop should last at least 5-6 yrs minimum.

My choices are

1. ASUS Zenbook 14 inch 32gb ram , 1tb SSD

2. Apple MacBook Air M4 13 inch, 16/24 GB RAM , 512GB SSD
