Advise for choosing offer FTE vs Contract

Hi, i have been offered a role at northern trust for 25 lpa at 5 years of exp and i have received another offer from a US Start up, complete wfh, contractual role at 3000 usd per month. Money is obviously higher at US start up but I'm worried about it being a contractor role, if I'll have trouble finding jobs when its over and other concerns since its a contract role. I would appreciate your advice and 2 cents about it. Thanks.
