Service based is the best place to learn and grow, if you don't have financial commitments stay there and learn as much as you can. Then switch to product based to gain financial freedom. Later you can settle with service based for retirement

As you are saying you will get 3 years experience was a good experience to shift to other company a respobse to first point yes you need to switch company because situations aren't same as that were earlier so it's better to switch and the second what should I prepare in the sense to answer this we need you need to confirm yourself what technology I can learn? Am I good logically or not well. so after valuating yourself you should the check whether you want if you are good at coding you could be backend developer. you could go there and you could survive also without any show and for the third if you want you could take 2 more years of experience then you have a five years experience and when you go outside much more Expectations so it would be so it's better to switch company as soon as possible so that it won't get any issue but first a valuate yourself in coding or communication or any other and you could take the decision

If you don't have any personal problems, stay there, keep learning on your own, and grow. I saw someone comment: Do DSA + LLD + Dev — and he is 100% right. I would also add: do (Development + Deployment + Unit Testing), HLD as well.

Start building projects — production-grade projects. No one should limit their skill set just because of their years of experience. Learn as if you're going to be a tech lead someday. Have a genuine interest in what you do.
