Trending @Accenture; Advice Required

So, in my current project because the lead of my lead has left so my lead is working as an architect. Accenture didn't hire an architect. they hired a lead. now she was supposed to lead the team but because of project experience I'm working as a lead. But to the client she is still the lead. scrum master saying internal arrangement. but I am micro managing everything.

What should I do?
