Advice on Transitioning to Electronics Project

Hi all,

I’m currently in a different IOU/project, but an electronics project is ready to recruit me. From the IOU's view, the question is: “Why should we release you?”

While I joined as a fresher, I’ve been with the company for ~8 months and have built skills and exposure beyond initial training. I’d like advice on how to:

Justify the move professionally (beyond just interest/tech stack)

Ensure a smooth handover

Align it with both company needs and career growth
