Hi everyone! I have 4.5 years of experience in .NET development, currently working as an Analyst (L-11) with a package of 6.8 LPA (fixed + variable). I'd like to know what salary range is typically offered in the market for someone with my experience and skills. Additionally, would it be reasonable to discuss potential senior analyst roles during the interview process?
