Advice on PWC India

I have an offer from PWC India as a Senior Consultant. I am really confused on whether to accept it or not. Currently am working at Oracle as a staff consultant, having 4+ years of experience in functional side.

FYI, PWC has offer 35% hike on fixed and 50% of CTC.

Any thoughts would really be appreciated!!!!!!!

Take it and stay only 3 years and switch. It’s business eod dont get too much confused. Remember notice period is 3 months here , unlike oracle where its 30

Well, % of hike is good but still beware with begnali speaking culture. No matter from which location you are. You will be controlled from kolkata office only.
