Advice on Offer letter from TCS
I am working in Infosys and I have a package of 5 LPA which is a fixed+ variable. TCS is offering me 6.5 Lpa as a fixed salary . I am not sure if I should accept the offer. can anyone help me in the decision

Prepare and apply to many other companies don't settle until u get 10-12 lacs... That is a good pay for ur skill and yoe
