Advice on new org.

Hi,

I recently got a job offer of 20+ lpa from a startup in California. Approx. 12-14 people in the team.

I am entering the fatherhood role in life for the first time. Do you think I should switch to the startup or remain @ tcs for 9 lpa having 5+ yrs of exp. ?

Please suggest!
