Advice on Mindtree fresher-level role with experience
I have 1 year of experience and am being considered for a DE role at LTIMindtree, but at a fresher-level designation due to a period of unemployment.
I had a few questions and would appreciate recent insights:
What is the current CTC/package offered to freshers?
Are the fresher packages fixed, or do they vary based on role?
Do they provide cab or food services for freshers? If yes, are these free or chargeable?
Will prior experience have any impact on salary, training, or appraisals even if the designation is entry-level?
What’s the growth timeline like in such cases?
