18moAdvice on expected CTC
Hi all,
I have an upcoming HR interview with Accenture, and I’m looking for some guidance on what CTC I should request. I have 2.6 years of experience, and my current CTC is around 8 LPA. I don’t have any other offers in hand at the moment.
What would be a reasonable CTC expectation in this situation? Any insights would be appreciated.

Agree. I've also heard that Accenture pays only around 10-15% of variable pay. So negotiate accordingly to keep VP as low as possible.

U can’t negotiate the VP in Accenture it is fixed as per ur job grade. So say u need 50% to 70% hike on ur current salary excluding variable u will anyways reach 14-15
