Advice on choosing offer
Hi guys, I am an SRE with 4.5 YOE with the following offers in hand. Need some advice from you to make my decision. Please take into consideration the company culture and reputation as well and don't only focus on the CTC. Any other comments/suggestions are appreciated too. Thanks in advance!
US shift the timings would lead to late nights , so it will directly impact your health, i think that's the reason they are even giving 5L more than others . ( I am assuming all are similar roles ) ..
Anyways , between the other two , both are culturally equally good or bad ...
Capgemini - poor hikes too poor can't explain
Old management - do a lot of politics
If you don't agree with your manager then you're an outsider ( but it depends on the individual)
Lazy management, they won't do a single work with full responsibility. It's kinda like a follow up culture
Avoid not sleeping between 12-6 ; health risks are insane. Been there. Health>>>>>Money
I think you also get shift allowance for US shifts. So some of the tax can be offset with this amount.
