Trending @Capgemini; Advice on Bench Duration & Early Switch

Hi all,

I joined Capgemini recently in Microsoft practice (.NET/DevOps) but I’m currently on bench with just ₹25,000/month in hand, barely livable in Bangalore. I declined a cross-domain project since it didn’t match my role. Looking for advice from fellow Capgemini developers:

A) What’s the typical bench duration before getting a matching project?

B) Is ₹25k bench pay standard across locations/practices, or do some receive more?

C) Given this low pay and uncertain timeline, should I switch early or wait for proper allocation?

Any insights from those who’ve managed bench life in big metros would be hugely appreciated.
