Advice needed- Which is better platform for job hunting - naukri paid or LinkedIn premium
One interview, 1000+ job opportunities
Take a 10-min AI interview to qualify for numerous real jobs auto-matched to your profile 🔑I've switched 6 jobs now and never used any paid service. I firmly believe these paid accounts add no value. You only need to build a stronger profile instead.
Having said that I treat these platforms differently.
LinkedIn for outbound and Naukri for inbound.
I reach out folks on LinkedIn if I would like to work with them or find a relevant job opportunity. In some cases the hiring managers too reach out directly to me. I've never got a call after "applying" for a job posting on LinkedIn.
On the other hand, when I keep updating my Naukri profile the recruiters and consultants reach out to me on a regular basis, even when I don't have an active profile.
Naukri hands down. I successfully switched job using the unpaid version of naukri. And I found people saying they are not able to get calls, buy I kept getting regular calls for 3 months. It all worked out somehow.
