Advice needed.. Tough decision to make.

Hi all, I need advice. I have 2.7 years of experience and got an 11 LPA DevOps offer at Albertsons and resigned. Now, my current company offers a 2-year onsite in Europe on an ICT visa for 40 LPA. I work in Cloud Ops currently. Unsure whether to switch to Albertsons or accept the onsite offer. Would appreciate insights on career growth, financials, and long-term benefits in such situations.
