Advice needed on this topic

Anyone who's working in noida /gurgaon /delhi ncr ..need some advice what are the good companies here for data engineering role . currently I have 4.5 yrs of exp in this field mostly I have worked on scala spark sql Hadoop hive ....now I got to work on kubernetes,grafana ,splunk ,AWS s3 ,apache iceberg, Prometheus,kafka ,stream processing and devops skills but till now I haven't worked upon cloud based projects ..so for my next switch will it be important to get a good position and package..right now I am at 17 lpa ..wanted to make it to 30 atleast..with 5+ yrs of exp .. Let me know which companies in these particular area should i target
