Advice needed!!

After getting laid off, Is it okay to accept an offer with pay cut but with a decent enough big name or got atleast your current but with a small scale startup.

The other one is a service based big firm, but the culture is quite toxic but hybrid culture. While the startup is WFO.

Also, can I leave within a week or two if I join. As I am already smelling something fishy with the service based company
