I am on Eseperation (notice period) now one different delivery head has sent email regarding the On site opportunity in Australia. I have replied to them that i am interested but i came to know that i have to withdraw my Esep to apply for Visa
Please help me to know that is it a lollipop or actual thing?

Better resign bro. Don't take the lollipop. Lollipop is false hope in disguise
Visa costs max $3k which is approx 1.5lk and they will retain you for next 2yrs by not sending to onsite and hike also won't be there..better to go for switch.
Even with Visa you will have to let go of all furnitures, appliances and go there. Get new car, furnitures there. You will have no PF benefits and service eligibility under pension schemes. You have to spend more once you have kids. Also, your kids will not know Hindi once you return. So, will spend more for international schools... Don't waste time thinking about onsite. Go for better package in India.
If you get the visa then only u don’t switch other wise switch
I would advise to leave because this is a tactic to retain employees, I have seen two employees being betrayed after staying back for "onsite" opportunity.

This new lollipop is going on for some time !!! I will not trust it . Why will a random dm give you this opportunity when your own dm is not doing it. They may have right intentions but 3 months down the line they can come back saying the project got over. I am assuming the same email would have gone to many esep folks then if any show interest how they’ will send all.
More like a scam bro don't withdraw they say same thing to most of the expericed employees who resign
