I have been a shadow resource for a project for 3 months. I was told I will get a shadow code, but I have been filling my timesheet using the bench code
Everytime I tell my manager to get me the code tagging he keeps delaying.
Is it a big deal if I don't fill timesheet using shadow code?? Will this impact my performance?? PLEASE TELL
As per the management, yes it is a big deal, you're filling a bench code, means u r not in the project or u r not a shadow resource, means u r not doing any productivity work, means u r doing nothing 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, as soon as u will be pip, get a project asap or plan wisely right now.

Never hesitate to ask anything for your efforts. It's just a time card. Send him multiple reminders to do .
