Always remember the basics: there are NO shortcuts in life!
So my suggestion is - be patient, upgrade yourself, gain more experience (not only on papers, in practical as well), and then switch.

Upgrade your skills and switch to another company.Check with someone who is in a project and learn some work from friends mention the same in your resume and look for opportunities.

What's EMI for?

You seriously need to switch mate. Follow 50 30 20 rule, where 20% of your salary should go to your EMIs… Most of us get trapped into this pool of debt.. So explore opportunities which can meet your needs.
