Advice Needed - Resignation Revoke
I was too frustrated about not getting good pay, nor any onsite opportunity in TCS. Discussed with the manager and got to know that there is no onsite role in the project and release from the project cannot be granted.
So I put resignation!
Now my replacement joined immediately to the team as they got a suitable profile real quick. And they have released me now and am still having around 45 days remaining in the notice period.
So, what are the next possibilities?
Should I revoke my resignation and try a new project with an onsite opportunity? Is that possible?
Note- I haven't got any offer in hand as of now.
Can anyone restrict my revoking of resignation? Like manager or HR say - you resigned and you can't withdraw now....?
Don't take back they will reduce your CTC in upcoming appraisal
There are many associates with a stamped visa who are yet to travel waiting for an opening.
These days you cant easily get some onsite role. Usually they take some time.
