Hi, I dropped my paper in TCS on Oct 1,2024 as I received an offer from a company where the joining date is Jan 6,2025. Today I got a call from the HR saying that the company has decided to relieve me on this Friday - Oct 25, 2024.

Now my concern is will I get any problem/ question in the future for these 2 months? (from Oct 25,2024 to Jan 05,2025)

You can join early. Just inform HR of hired company even they can give bonus for early joining.

Only few companies will check if gap is more than 6 months. 2 months are all negligible. And also u can connect with your new company regarding your early release. If possible they will change your on-boarding date else chill and prepare for your new role✌️
