So for quite sometime these ads for plotted villa development has been flooding my inbox. Has anyone here invested in those. Is this a concept only seen in Bangalore or other cities also have this? I want to invest but I don't have the balls to deal with the land mafai (which many of my local friends sadly crossed paths with when they were constructing their independent house).. any investment when marketed for the mass market, means either we have peaked, or close to the peak. An investment should be valued against its returns. With indexation removed from Real estate, returns will only be negative. a few parcels might see better returns based on the development in that area. Unless a person had significant black money. there is no point in investing in RE anymore.
