Advice for technical upgrade and company switch

Hello,

I have 12 year total experience from past 8 years working with tcs.No hikes from past two years.

Now I have upgraded my skills as work day finance.

Is it correct decision to switch tcs at 12 year experience.

pls advise.

No second thought...workday is hot..keep 6 month plan like parallel learning and further skill upgrade and switch...

Workday is good skill. If you are getting good hike you must switch else you will regret in few years.
