Advice for switch

I am 2022 passout 24 yr old.I have joined one service based startup after college for 6.2 Lakh.But Out of 10 months I was on the bench for 8 months so in that period I have prepared for interview and Got the offer of 17 LPA.Its been 8 months in this job , But from last 2-3 months my growth is stagnant and I got bored as their is not much work as well.So should I go for another switch or wait ?
