Advice for my concern in tcs due to project release ?

I am fresher,Recently I was moved from one team to another team(clearly I was informed I have health issue so I am not fit for rotational shifts, the project hr called me and told like if u ask project release u will not have growth in tcs)in the project due to lead behaviour (continuously meeting with sub- lead HR for project release and finally moved to other team due to I was onboarded to client and billing on me) and after working 1 month in the new team I am getting headache and eyes burning, so I asked for general shift in project and leads said we don't have general shift,so finally i asked for project release and today sub leadhr called me and asked u are raising the concern for project release so I told the hr clearly as My sleep cycle was changed and I am having eye problems that's why I am going to checkup in the next week and he asked other eye problem is there anything? I told I have vertigo he asked me to send the medical documents and I said ok. Does it effect on my job because I asked again release ? and what type of action is going to take on me ? Before shifting the team he said that tcs gives utmost priority to employees wellbeing (lead sub hr told me via email and directly in-person) How to face this situation? and how to handle? Looking for advice
