Advice for my brother pursuing MBA

Hey guys I need some advice for my brother

He is pursuing MBA from a private college in dual specialisation ( marking and finance ig)

He has completed his first semester but he is very concerned about will he get a job or not. He everyday request me if i can refer him for some good opportunities as internship so that he can make his profile better

For my case it was not that tough because it just about coding but for his case it’s more about connections and experience which I don’t have.

Is there any self made guy who can suggest a good path for him so that he can land on a good job.

He is not good in communication but yeah he is hardworking and good in maths
